Tennis
At the Oscar de La Renta Tennis Center, we are dedicated to providing exceptional sports programs tailored to guests of all ages and skill levels. Our world-class tennis center offers an array of outstanding amenities, including a tennis pro shop, a Snack Bar, twelve (12) meticulously maintained tennis courts, four (4) paddle courts, two (2) pickleball courts, and a fully equipped Technogym for all your fitness needs.
Our tennis courts feature nine (9) meticulously maintained clay courts, one (1) Har-Tru court, one (1) natural grass court, and one (1) hard surface deco-turf court. Notably, four (4) of these courts are constructed to meet IFT standards and are suitable for players from the ATP to practice during their vacations or in preparation for any of the four grand slam tennis tournaments. Our padel courts were opened in 2022. This is an amazing racquet sport that combines Tennis and Squash. It is great for all ages, since its easy to learn making it accessible to all players. Padel continues to grow globally, suggesting a bright future for this dynamic and engaging sport.
Pickleball
Pickleball is a paddle sport that blends elements of tennis, badminton, and ping pong. It is played on a badminton-sized court with a modified tennis net. Our facilities include various outdoor courts. This sport is easy to learn, making it accessible for beginners, yet challenging enough to keep experienced players engaged.

Ojos Indigenas Ecological Reserve
The Ojos Indígenas Ecological Reserve was generously donated by Grupo Puntacana to the Fundación Puntacana for the express purpose of serving as a private nature reserve. Encompassing a vast 1,500 acres of land, the reserve is a sanctuary for wildlife and a center for educational, scientific, and recreational activities. It is characterized by a transitional subtropical forest, harboring a rich variety of flora and fauna from humid and dry habitats. The reserve is home to over 500 species of plants, with an impressive 36% being endemic to the Dominican Republic, making it an incredibly significant ecological site.
Named Ojos Indígenas in honor of the Taino Indians, the island's original inhabitants, the reserve is distinguished by its 12 freshwater lagoons. Due to unique geological features, these lagoons were formed by the emergence of Yauya, an underground river. Each lagoon is thoughtfully given a Taino name, adding a cultural and historical dimension to this pristine natural environment.

Through a guided tour, experience the wonders of nature and gain insight into the renowned ecological projects of the Puntacana Foundation. Join an expert and discover the efforts being made to protect and restore the unique species of the Dominican Republic and develop innovative sustainable projects.
The tour requires a prior reservation and includes visits to the Apiary, YAUYA store, and Ojos Indígenas Ecological Reserve (Inriri Lagoon). It also includes a chance to see the endemic Rhinoceros Iguana and Ridway Hawks, with detailed explanations.
Bird Watching Tour

Our location at the Puntacana Equestrian Center provides horse enthusiasts with various amenities. We offer 20 secure horse stalls, two versatile stable boxes in two covered barns, 21 outdoor enclosures, two paddocks, two riding arenas, and a round pen. In addition, we have a 3,000-square-meter garden shaded by trees, providing an ideal setting for outdoor activities. The garden is equipped with picnic tables and benches for the convenience of our visitors. Our center also offers a variety of classes suitable for riders of all levels, horseback rides for enthusiasts, and pony rides tailored explicitly for children.
Petting Zoo
